- Click Download Contacts (.vcf) and open the file on the church phone to save everyone's number.
- In WhatsApp, tap ⋮ / Settings → New broadcast (on iPhone: Chats → Lists / Broadcast Lists → New List) and select the members.
- Click Copy Message here and paste it into the broadcast list. One tap sends to up to 256 people.
Members only receive broadcast-list messages if they have saved the church's number in their phone. For anyone who hasn't, use Start Sending instead. Broadcast lists can't personalise {name}, so it's replaced with "Beloved".
